Our martial arts program covers every component of fitness. You will improve cardio, strength, agility, flexibility and endurance areas of fitness through our classes.

It truly is a ‘total’ body workout!

There is no other workout that is so complete and engagin!

One of the best parts of our program is that every student is treated as an individual, and will progress at their ow rate.

Each student’s progress isn’t measured against other students, but rather against their own previous performance!

So even students that aren’t as physically fit as the star quaterback on the football team, can have a wonderful experience in our program, and become stronger, fitter and more flexible.

The great thing about our program is, everyone is treated as an individual.

We have students as young as 3 or 4 and as old as 94.

Since every person is different, the best (and really ONLY) way to see if our program is a good fit for you, is to take advantage of one of our WEB SPECIALS and try it for yourself!

Our program is FUNDAMENTALLY different!

In a typical ‘exercise’ program, you may be getting a good workout, but you’re really not ‘learning’ much of anything.

Our students find this learning process incredibly engaging, and challenges them to truly “master” their technique. I guess this is the reason our students stick with our program while previous workouts have failed them.

We know how busy your life is, so our program is designed for the ‘busy’ person! Students can make exciting progress by attending classes an average of twice a week.

Some students will want to attend more classes, and that’s great, we have options for that!

Both of my kids have been going to Taekwondo Elite since they were 4 years old. Now over 5 years later we have one that earned a black belt and one that has earned red double stripe. I have introduced several sports to my children including: soccer, swimming, baseball, football and even dance. They have chosen to stick with taekwondo. Master Arkadiy does not only teach kicks and punches but about respect and curtesy. If you child is not respecting their teachers in school or behaving at home they will not advance to the next belt. Master Arkadiy will sit down with your child and make sure that they know and practice the tenets of Taekwondo. In addition kids will learn about hard work and perseverance for archiving goals and that there is always room for self-improvement. All this leads to grater self-confidence in their life and great character building. All the staff at Taekwondo Elite are well qualified and great role models. My kids think of all of them as family. They look forward to their classes each week.

My son loves his Taekwondo classes and looks forward so much for the classes! Master Arkadiy and master Amanda keep the class engaging for the little ones that my son who is 6 now has been attending since last year never misses the class and always looks forward no matter rain or snow! I am very pleased with their efficiency in maintaining social distance and cleansing the facility. My daughter will be joining soon! Hands down best taekwondo class!!

I recently started taking classes being a little nervous to be new, but this place is so kind and accepting to all skill levels that I felt like I fitted in immediately. This place is top of the line and I would recommend to anyone trying to learn martial arts no matter what skill level. Great instructors and great community!!

I have been with Master Arkadiy and instructor Amanda for almost two years. It is a totally different level of black belt experience. I have learned to be disciplined and respectful. At the same time, I have gained a lot of confidence through tournaments and other competitions. Master Arkadiy encourages and guides us in every single competition so that we are not afraid and well prepared. Master Arkadiy and Amanda are kind and they love their kiddos. They make sure we perform our forms right and execute our punches and kicks correctly. I have made a lot of friends here and I am having an amazing time. It is a very challenging time to everyone during the pandemic, however, I still enjoy my time with my Master and instructors through virtual training. It is so nice that Master Arkadiy's school provides hybrid and virtual so that we can choose to learn at home or to be in school.
